Energy and Power Training

This training approach integrates meditative focus with strength and mobility exercises to cultivate internal energy, bodily awareness, and functional power. Through mindful movement and breathwork, I channel energy from the core, hips, pelvis, and legs—what some may refer to as the body’s energetic center or “power zone.”

I begin by using a foam roller not only for muscle activation and mobility but also as a tool to awaken and circulate internal energy. The practice includes rhythmic, thrusting hip movements that help generate and amplify this energy—almost like stoking a fire in the lower body.

Once this energy is harnessed, I transition into strength circuits such as:

• Deadlifts to ground and release force through the legs and hips.

• Overhead dumbbell pullovers on a bench, combined with leg tucks, which synchronize upper and lower body movement and core engagement.

Between sets, I return to rolling or dynamic movement to redistribute the energy, allowing it to flow rather than stagnate. The entire session is performed with a meditative focus—listening inward, controlling breath, and staying attuned to the body’s signals.

This method isn't just about building muscle—it’s about cultivating inner power, movement intelligence, and an embodied sense of strength.
